This 90-year-old traditional home was renovated using premium woods like Cedar, Cypress, Zelkova, Chestnut, and Cherry. The result is a healing space filled with the scent and warmth of natural timber.
While preserving the charming atmosphere of a traditional house, we have integrated modern, convenient amenities to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay.
The spirit of "Wa-Yo Setchu"—a harmony of East and West—is a proud reflection of Japan’s flexible and inclusive culture.
The interiors feature a Balinese-inspired Asian style, designed to create a deeply relaxing atmosphere.
The garden is a blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics with ancient trees and a lush English lawn, where you can always feel the refreshing breeze of Keya.

Our facilities include a traditional lounge with a Tokonoma alcove, an Asian-style living area, an antique Western room, a functional kitchen, and a dining space with an Irori hearth, along with a rattan-furnished tea room, a spacious bathroom, a nostalgic Showa-era attic and Kamado room, a modern shower room, and a clean double vanity.

We provide toothbrushes, cups, bath/face towels, shower caps, hairbrushes, cotton swabs, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, a hair dryer, laundry detergent, and slippers. （Please note that yukatas and pajamas are not provided. We kindly ask guests to bring their own.） |
＊With two bathrooms and two toilets, large groups can stay with peace of mind.
＊We have installed modern, functional fixtures in the bathrooms, washrooms, toilets, and kitchen. Each room is fully equipped with heating and cooling (6 AC units, 2 fan heaters) for a comfortable stay in any season.
＊There are two single beds in the bedroom. Up to 8 guests can sleep on futons in the Japanese-style rooms. (Maximum occupancy: 10 guests)
＊We provide a free washing machine and a gas dryer (Rinnai's "Kanta-kun"). Three air purifiers are also installed.
＊The toaster that makes delicious bread is the pride of KEYANZ. It took two months to be delivered.
＊The kitchen includes a dishwasher and a water purifier. Please enjoy the safe and delicious water.
＊Basic seasonings and cookware are provided. Please bring any specialty seasonings or utensils yourself.
＊Projector (EPSON), screen (80-inch), and whiteboard are available for rent. Projector: ¥1,100, Screen: ¥550, Whiteboard: ¥550 (all tax included). HDMI and extension cables are free to rent.
